Prenatal Yoga is a great way to activate your body during the pregnancy and prepare yourself physically and mentally for postpartum and maternity.
All the movements are safe and will help you to feel better during the pregnancy and also reforse your body.
During the classes we also do meditation and relaxation to help you to connect with your baby. Breaathing exercices: these will help you during the labor and to learn breath.
Postpartum can be difficult time. What we need to remember is that we all are different and the recovery after pregnancy varies a lot.
In our postnatal classes we take each one as individual and see what exercices you need for your recovery.
We use yoga, barre and functional movements in these classes. Also baby yoga is available.
This yoga class is a moving class where we experience different sequencies. All the movements you do on your own rythm and it is open for all levels. In these classes I use music which allows us to flow with the rythm.
These classes are also available in studio and online.
